New American Enterprises, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates WonderVibe (the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the Platform. By using WonderVibe, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of data:

  • Email address
  • Display name (chosen by you)
  • Profile avatar (optional)
  • Bio (optional)
Content You Submit
  • Apps, skills, and prompts you publish
  • Descriptions, tags, screenshots, and code snippets
  • Ideas you post to the Idea Board
Usage Data
  • Pages visited and time spent
  • Search queries
  • Stars, forks, and upvotes you give
  • IP address and approximate location (country/region)
  • Browser type and device information
Communications
  • Email preferences (opt-in for digests and announcements)
  • Support requests you send us

3. How We Use Your Data

  • Account management: To create and maintain your account, authenticate you, and provide platform features.
  • Content display: To show your submissions, profile, and activity to other users.
  • Email communications: To send transactional emails (account verification, password reset) and, if you opt in, weekly digests and product announcements.
  • Analytics: To understand how users interact with the Platform and improve the product.
  • Safety: To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, spam, and violations of our Terms of Service.
  • Legal compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use the following browser storage mechanisms:

  • Authentication cookies: Set by Supabase to maintain your logged-in session. These are essential and cannot be disabled without losing account access.
  • Local storage: Used to store your theme preference (dark/light mode) and draft form data. No personal data is stored in local storage.
  • Session storage: Used to temporarily save form drafts when you navigate away. Cleared when your browser tab is closed.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

Supabase

Database, authentication, and file storage. Your account data, submissions, and uploaded files are stored in Supabase. See Supabase's Privacy Policy at supabase.com/privacy.

Vercel

Hosting and edge network delivery. Vercel may log request metadata (IP, user agent) for performance and security purposes. See vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Anthropic API

Powers the Vibe Check feature — a content safety scan run on submissions before publishing. Content you submit for the vibe check is sent to Anthropic's API. We do not use this data for model training. See anthropic.com/privacy.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: Third-party vendors who help us operate the Platform (listed above), bound by data processing agreements.
  • Legal requirements: If required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public.
  • Business transfer: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to affected users.
  • With your consent: For any other purpose with your explicit consent.

7. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Deletion ("Right to be Forgotten"): Request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
  • Data portability: Request an export of your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Opt-out of marketing: Unsubscribe from email digests at any time via the link in any email or via account settings.
  • Object to processing: Object to processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, compliance, or fraud prevention purposes. Published content may remain visible after account deletion unless you specifically request its removal.

9. Children's Privacy

WonderVibe is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately. If you believe a child under 13 has registered on our Platform, please contact us at hello@wondervibe.ai.

10. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, and role-based access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by email (if you have opted in) or by posting a notice on the Platform. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
